Sarah and Carinder have been part of a shared network of people who are part of the disability networks who attend Pathways Blackpool Conference and have become associated through these connections. During Lockdown they started a cooking and politics show (Which was brilliant) then before they knew it, their ideas and synergies brought about EMPOWERED EXTEND and they now have a podcast, advocacy consultancy services and online workshops. 

 

Sarah has over 20 years experience as a UK leader in learning disability and autism support and Carinder is a well known disability campaigner, often frequenting parliament as a lobbyist.  

 

They partner with the country's best learning disability and autism organisations, professionals and academics bringing individualised opportunities for advocacy and co-production.
